Meeting Room FAQs

Size and Occupancy:

• 22′ x 43′
• Small area of BCC youth programming supplies will be blocked off
• 1 stall unisex restroom available
• Meeting room is handicap accessible; 1 stall unsex restroom is handicap accessible
• Maximum Occupancy: 28 people

Hours:

• Monday-Friday — 6pm-9pm
• Saturday and Sunday — as requested and as availability allows

Associated Fees:

• $100 Damage Deposit
• $35/hr (including set up and clean up)
• Additional $10/hr if using the BCC Snack Room

Meeting Room Rules:

• Food, gum, beverages, and glass items are permitted on tile area only
• Any persons 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Immediately report, to BCC staff, any damages to facility or equipment
• Users should pick up after themselves
• Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and tobacco products of all kinds (including ecigarettes) are prohibited

Available Equipment:

• Four 8’x30” banquet tables and one 5’x29.5” classroom table available for use
• 18 standard plastic stacking chairs available for use

Ball Field FAQs

Size and Space:

• No restroom access unless requested (rental fee required)
• Ultimate safety bases and throwdown bases available for use (upon request)
• Agrilime infield with regular maintenance during peak use (chalking available upon request)

Hours:

• Monday-Friday — 5:30pm-Sunset (No field lights available)
• Saturday and Sunday — Anytime
• BCC youth programming reserves the right to use the ballfield during operating hours (Weekdays 6:45am-5:30pm)

Associated Fees:

• FREE! — The community is welcome to use the BCC ballfield at anytime! If looking to schedule a consistent day/time please call the BCC main office (402-477-8854) so that your reservation is recorded and given priority. 
• If restroom access is needed during an event or practice there is a fee of $15/hr

Baseball Field Rules:

• Food, gum, and glass items are prohibited
• Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and tobacco products of all kinds (including ecigarettes) are prohibited
• Any persons 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Immediately report, to BCC staff, any damages to facility or equipment
• Users should pick up after themselves and return all equipment borrowed from the BCC
• “Soft Toss” batting practice against fences is prohibited
